Ideal for developing skills relating to: team working, communication and continuous improvement.

A series of oversize interlocking puzzle pieces slot together to form a complex pattern.

Over an hour the team have to work together to establish how to complete the puzzle then develop roles such that they can put the assembly together in less than 1 minute.

Helium Stick

Great as an icebreaker or to demonstrate just how fragile teams can be and the importance of the individuals contribution.

The team work together to lower a light weight pole to floor. Until you have been part of it, no description can convey the amount of laughter and frustration that can be compressed into 10 minutes.

Centipede

Ideal for developing skills relating to: team working, communication and support.

The team face the challenge of walking together on two wooden skis.

Great as a final challenge.

Shape Sorter

Ideal for developing skills relating to: communication, individual contribution and problem solving.

Pieces are removed from a set of shapes. The remaining pieces are distributed amongst the team and then the team must establish the shape and style of the two missing pieces - whilst blindfolded.

This presents a substantial 30 minute challenge.

Group Juggle

Ideal for developing skills relating to: continuous imrpovement, communication, problem solving, support and team work..

The team set up a process line for processing juggling balls then strive to develop the way the team work together as the volume of juggling balls increases.
